Where are you located?

211-2840 Peatt Rd, Langford, BC.

I am located in the Langford Business Center. Once you enter the front door (located between Rhino Coffee and F45), take the elevator to the second floor. There is a waiting room when you step out of the elevator, where you can wait with refreshments.

Is there parking?

Yes! There is underground parking directly off Peatt Road between F45 and the neighbouring building. There is also an above-ground parking lot off of Hockley Avenue behind the building, along with free street parking in the area.

Do you have online booking?

Yes! The booking system I use is Jane App. You can find my availability HERE!

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes! I offer direct billing to most insurance companies.

Should I still come if I’m feeling sick?

Kindly, no. I will ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or have been in close quarters with someone who is sick. To try to reduce the spread of illness, please stay home and rest!

Do you work with ICBC or Worksafe BC?

Unfortunately, at this time, I do not work with ICBC or Worksafe BC claims.

Does massage therapy hurt?

Massage therapy generally does not hurt. The style of treatment is entirely up to you. I communicate heavily, specifically throughout the first few treatments, checking in on pressure. Some people may enjoy and benefit from a deeper, more intense pressure, while others prefer a softer, more relaxing approach. Treatment style always remains entirely up to you and what your treatment goals are.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I do have a cancellation policy. I have this in place to protect myself from a large loss of income due to no-shows, last-minute cancellations, etc. Unfortunately, I do not get paid unless you are present for the appointment booked!

Cancellations and no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in 100% of the treatment amount charged to the card on file!

What can I expect at my first massage?

When booking your first massage appointment, you will be asked to fill out an intake and consent form. This information will help both of us ensure you receive a safe and effective treatment, as each treatment is tailored to your specific needs. When you arrive at your appointment and enter the treatment room, I will ask some quick questions before we begin, prioritizing safety and understanding between the two of us. Before getting on the table, I will exit the room, and you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. I will come back shortly after and begin treatment. Consent and check-in communication will be used throughout to ensure you are feeling comfortable, safe, and relaxed.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please visit the accounts page on your Jane App. You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointments up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you are outside of that window, please contact me directly.
